How much will it cost?
Understandably, this is probably your main concern regarding your function. This a difficult question to address as of course there are so many variables that have to be considered: the type of food, the style of service, the venue etc. etc. We base our menus on a per head basis we have standard menus for most events which can be adapted to suit your needs. You may like to arrange with our executive chef, to call or visit you to discuss the specific details of your special occasion.
If you just require an approximate idea of cost, please fill in our enquiry form with as much detail as you can provide.
What are the payment arrangements?
To confirm your booking we require a 20% deposit. We will send out an invoice with your function sheet, which will specify all the details of your occasion. Simply check that all the details are as you require, sign, and return with your deposit the payment terms are detailed on your invoice. Once we have your final numbers (required ten days before the actual day of your function) we will invoice you for the balance.
How do I pay?
We accept common methods of payment, ie. cash, cheque, electronic transfer and credit cards (please note that for Visa and Mastercard there is a 2% surcharge).
Can you provide catering at any venue?
We can cater at any venue, whether its your office boardroom, your chartered boat or your own backyard.
What are minimum numbers and final numbers?
Minimum numbers are the minimum guest numbers you expect at your function at the time of booking. We will cost your menu based on this we allow for a 10% decrease but numbers may increase by any amount.
Final numbers are the actual number of guests you expect to attend; we will request this from you ten days prior to the actual day of your function.
Do you cater for vegetarians?
We are happy to provide menu options that are suitable for both vegetarians and vegans, or cater for other special dietary requirements - just advice us of your needs.
What if I need to completely cancel?
If you have a legitimate reason for canceling, and as long we receive notice not less than 10 days before your function, only your deposit will be lost.
